Who Really Has the Best Pizza in Slippery Rock??

From a general map, people would assume Slippery Rock is a small town just located on the west side of Pennsylvania. While it may be a small area, there is a great deal of people in this town, mainly from the university located in the heart of Slippery Rock.

So where there is a plethora of people, the food industry will really be going crazy right? Wrong. Slippery Rock doesn't have the greatest number of fast food restaurants or dine-in restaraunts, but what they do have is pizza shops. In Slippery Rock, there are a total of three major pizza restaurants. Coffaro's Pizza, Fox's Pizza Den, and Domino's Pizza are the big three in town. The other pizza restaurant some people from Slippery Rock go to is located in the neighboring town of Grove City, which is Pizza Hut.

Being a college student or just a townie, you know very well that people like to debate which pizza place is the best in Slippery Rock. Ever since I came here to start school, I have heard people go back and forth as to what pizza place is the best. So instead of arguing over it, we now have the ability to hear and see what makes each one of these pizza places unique from each other and why they think they truly are they best in Slippery Rock.

Below is a StoryMap that I have created using interviews I conducted on some of the employees and managers at these pizza establishments. I also added some photos of the pizza shops in Slippery Rock to give everyone the perspective as to what that particular store looks like. With this StoryMap, everyone will be able to see where these pizza shops are located as well.

Ultimately, in my personal opinion, each pizza place has there perks. I like Domino's simply because of how quick they are and you can see progress with your orders. I love Pizza Hut's quality of pizza. For Fox's, I like the portions they give you. You can never go hungry when ordering from there. And lastly, Coffaro's I like because eating their pizza gives me a good italian vibe.
