The Development of Boozel Dining Hall at Slippery Rock University

For this timeline assignment, I have chosen to look into Boozel Dining Hall. I want to go over the growth and development of Boozel at Slippery Rock University. The type of events that I would look into would be: obviously how the dining hall came to be, what type of foods students might have eaten over the years, how the university renevated it, and possibly see where the dining hall is heading in the years to come. I think I can make an argument for doing this topic simply because of the proximity being in Slippery Rock, the timeliness (students always go to Boozel), and the consequences aspect. What I mean by consequences is we as students have to adapt to the ever changing Boozel Dining Hall. Being the closest dining hall to the quad in the university, there is a ton of traffic going in and out of Boozel on a daily basis throughout the week. A lot of people eat at this specific dining hall at Slippery Rock and I think just knowing about its history can be very beneficial to students here.

To complete this assignment, I am going to go to Boozel Dining Hall on campus and ask to see if I can talk with a manager there to get the full run down on the recent history of the place. I will also do a great deal of researching online to find everything I can gather from when the dining hall was created up until now.
